No Better Server Host Than This One
The server cost, on most expensive package is still far more affordable than the rest. It provides the same as other server hosting sites but in the most cost effective way. Additionally, the customer support inside their own NL discord is fairly quick to respond and super helpful. I do hope that POTBOT gets enhanced to have more features though, and more specifically the feature that use to allow for passive currency and stat buffs. I know they are working on some side projects but I'd like POTBOT to be able to do more so I don't have to rely on other bots. All in all though this hosting team is the best.

I cannot stress enough about them. I currently run a path of titans server through NL and have had the best customer service with them. Previously was with PingPerfect and Nitrado II. These guys are so very helpful to get a service package, they helped me set it up and transfer everything or I wouldn't have to start over. They also are on top of the bots and help maintain with timely tickets and responses. These guys are by far the best to server rentals and I love it. They are 100% AMAZING!!!

I'm trying out something new, the world of games and hosting servers is very new to me. The customer service is exceptionally good. Patient, helpful with simple and clear instructions. I can't honestly say ever if they are not 100% what I'm looking for. I'll stay because of how helpful they've been. I run a Path of Titans server. I didn't realize that the previous map was more than light and fixing this involved a package and my hart right at me. I searched and found GHS, and the staff were amazing. They were quick to respond, fixed my issues, and helped me get everything set up right. I had issues using setting up rcon and couldn't figure it out for the life of me, I finally made a ticket and when I did DarkMork took the ticket and immediately looked into the issue that I had and walked me step by step through the solution. They were very through and made sure I understood what to do and even pointed out other things that I had incorrect and helped me correct those issues as well.

I had issues and a typing error; with setting up PotBot commands along with getting replays to be enabled on the server I run. The staff who helped me was amazing and so kind with helping me figure everything out. I rent a dedicated server for Path of Titans. I was originally with Gportal, I couldn't be happier to make the swap. The two server setups were very different and had a hard time getting around the ini. KT, Dark and the rest of staff team I was dealing with were extremely patient, kind, caring beyond just being around there amazing. Truly love renting a server from them! They the best!

I have recently bought a dedicated server from them guys to learn server development and let me tell you they have been amazing. KT and Foxy and a few other staff members have been always answering questions for me. I will say KT and the staff that help 100 percent know what they are doing. NL should be #1. I was a previous customer of ping perfect and I learned about this company and never once have I regretted transferring to this company. Client care is beyond basic standards. I've imputed tickets that gotten responses quicker than minuets and never more than 12 hours. This company transferred my files for me and the knowledge they have is extensive and critical to running high quality game servers. About their machines my server runs smooth. I am the owner of bloodsport deathmatch and anyone is more than welcome to come see how the server runs when full. It's performance isnt flooded and I don't have to have unnecessary cpu or whatever else other companies can make you buy. I pay less with this company even though they deserve more for their availability.
